Does the home need to be empty?
Ideally, yes. An empty home lets us reach inside cupboards, closets and behind where furniture stood. If a few items are left, let us know when you book.
Can you clean on the day I move out?
Often, yes. Book as early as you can, especially at the end of the month when demand is highest.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key or a door code. Keys are stored securely, never labelled with your address, and only your assigned team has access.
Do you clean basements?
Yes. A finished basement adds +$40 – $60 to a standard clean, +$70 – $100 to a deep clean and +$100 – $150 to a move-in / move-out clean. Tick "Finished basement" in the price calculator. A basement bathroom counts as an extra bathroom. For an unfinished basement, or one with its own kitchen or suite, ask us for a quote.
What if I need to reschedule?

Are your prices final?
Our prices are shown as ranges by home size. We confirm your exact price before the first clean, after a quick look or a few photos. Prices are in Canadian dollars, before HST.
