How often should I book?
Every two weeks suits most households and gives you the best price. Weekly is great for busy homes with kids or pets; monthly works for smaller or quieter homes.
What's the difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A standard clean keeps a home in good shape. A deep clean goes further: baseboards, door frames, switches and the build-up that regular cleans don't reach. If it's been a while, we may suggest a deep clean for the first visit.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key or a door code. Keys are stored securely, never labelled with your address, and only your assigned team has access.
Do you clean basements?
Yes. A finished basement adds +$40 – $60 to a standard clean, +$70 – $100 to a deep clean and +$100 – $150 to a move-in / move-out clean. Tick "Finished basement" in the price calculator. A basement bathroom counts as an extra bathroom. For an unfinished basement, or one with its own kitchen or suite, ask us for a quote.

Are your prices final?
Our prices are shown as ranges by home size. We confirm your exact price before the first clean, after a quick look or a few photos. Prices are in Canadian dollars, before HST.
