What we collect

When you send a booking request, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email, the service you need, your home size or area, and any notes. With it, we also record the first page you visited on this site, the website that sent you here (for example, Google), and whether you used a phone or a computer. This helps us see which pages are useful. When you book a clean, we also keep the address and access details you give us.

Why we collect it

To reply to your request, confirm your price and schedule your clean.
To provide the service, send reminders and invoice you.
To keep records required for tax and accounting.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Where it's stored

Booking requests pass through Cloudflare, our website host, and are stored in our Google account (Google Sheets and Gmail) and our business records. Keys and door codes are stored securely and never labelled with your address.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies or identify you.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, such as where they click and how far they scroll, so we can make it easier to use. Clarity uses cookies and may record your visit. Anything you type into our booking form is hidden from these recordings. Microsoft processes this data under its privacy statement. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

Third-party services on this site

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and a map from Google Maps. These services may receive your IP address when the page loads.
